E-Flyer Distribution Request

As part of Glendora Unified School District’s efforts to be more environmentally friendly, embrace innovative technology, and maintain fiscal responsibility, we have transitioned from paper to electronic flyer delivery. To request flyer approval, follow the steps below. Once approved, your flyer will be emailed to all parents and/or posted online. Paper flyers from outside organizations will no longer be distributed.

When submitting flyers, please note how your organization supports GUSD students or schools in the body of your email. Also, note if you have spoken with anyone and have received verbal approval. Please submit flyers at least two weeks in advance.

Email the flyer distribution request form referenced HERE, along with a PDF and .JPG file of your flyer to [email protected].

Upon receipt, your flyer will be reviewed with the GUSD’s Educational Services team. You will be notified via email within two weeks of the district’s decision.
