Enrolling Your Student
Enrollment in District schools is processed at the individual school site. CLICK HERE to enroll your student(s) using our online enrollment portal. Once you have completed and printed the form, please contact your individual school site to finalize enrollment.
You will need the following documents to enroll your child:
1. Three (3) proofs of residency (one of which MUST be a mortgage statement or rental agreement and two utility bills.)
2. Immunization records
3. Birth Certificate
4. Address or prior school attended (so that we may request the transfer of your child’s records)
Intradistrict Transfers- Families that reside within the GUSD boundaries but wish to attend a different school within our district may apply for an Intradistrict Transfer. (You can do so by contacting the school you desire to attend.)

Kindergarten Enrollment
If your child is entering kindergarten, you will also need:
1. Proof of age (birth certificate, passport, or notarized baptismal record)
2. Proof of current physical examination (In order to meet State requirements, must have occurred after March 1 of the year that the child is starting school)
