The Extended Day-Care Program offers the following child care services during the school year:
- Before and After School Child Care
- Before and After School Youth Activity Centers
- Full Day Programs during designated non-school days
School Age Child Care
District sponsored parent-supported school age child care is offered at all elementary schools. The centers are open before and after school on school days from 7 a.m. until 6 p.m. Registration is required.

Before and After School Youth Activity Centers
District sponsored, parent supported activity centers are offered at both middle schools. Goddard Activity Program and Sandburg Activity Center are open before and after school on school days from 7 a.m. until 6 p.m. Registration is required.

Fall Recess Full Day Program
Fall Recess Program is available at a designated site. Registration is required. Applications will be accepted on a first come, first served basis during open enrollment.
Winter Recess Full Day Program
Winter Recess Program is available at a designated site. Registration is required. Applications will be accepted on a first come, first served basis during open enrollment.
Spring Recess Full Day Program
Spring Recess Program is available at a designated site. Registration is required. Applications will be accepted on a first come, first served basis during open enrollment.
Summer Recess Full Day Program
An eight-week full day camp program is scheduled each summer. Additionally, a part-time program is offered for students enrolled in summer school. Registration is required. Applications will be accepted on a first come, first served basis during open enrollment.
